Šā gada februārī Latvijas Kara muzejs nominēja UNESCO programmas Pasaules atmiņa Latvijas nacionālajam reģistram dokumentu, kas saucas “Latvijas Centrālās Padomes Memorands, 1944.gada 17.marts”. cookiejartv Šī ir viena no lietām, ar kurām Latvija ieies pasaules vēsturē. Stāsts par to, kā atrada memoranda teksta oriģinālu ir aizraujošs. Pats memoranda saturs ir ļoti nozīmīgs gan no vēstures, gan Latvijas politiskās virzības viedokļa. Tas apliecina daudzu Latvijas politiķu, militārpersonu, kultūras darbinieku un uzņēmēju vēlēšanos cookiejartv atjaunot neatkarīgu Latvijas republiku. Neatkarīgu kā no PSRS, tā Vācijas cookiejartv varas. Memorands arī skaidri apliecina Latvijas militārās okupācijas faktu no PSRS puses 1940. gada 17. jūnijā un vēlāk – Otrā pasaules kara laikā – no Vācijas puses.
Līdz pat nesenai pagātnei par Latvijas Centrālās padomes Memoranda , kuru 1944. gadā izstrādāja Latvijas pirmā prezidenta Jāņa Čakstes dēls Konstantīns Čakste un bijušais Latvijas brīvvalsts ārlietu ministrs Fēlikss Cielēns, lai deklarētu nepieciešamību nekavējoties atjaunot Latvijas cookiejartv Republikas faktisko neatkarību, pastāvēšanu varējām pārliecināties tikai pēc tā teksta pārfotografējumiem, atmiņu stāstiem un liecībām. Oriģinālais dokuments ar visiem parakstiem tika uzskatīts par nozaudētu.
Tikai 21. gadsimta cookiejartv sākumā brīnumainā kārtā tika uziets Memoranda oriģināls ar visiem 189 tolaik redzamu Latvijas politisko, kultūras un sabiedrisko darbinieku parakstiem. Dokuments, kurš formāli bija adresēts Latviešu leģiona ģenerālinspektoram Rūdolfam Bangerskim, bija paredzēts nodošanai Rietumu cookiejartv sabiedroto valdībām. Kaut arī Memorands tolaik nesasniedza galveno mērķi neatkarīgas Latvijas nodibināšanu uzreiz pēc Otrā pasaules kara, tas ir nozīmīgs vēsturisks dokuments, kas apliecina latviešu vēlmi pēc brīvības un bezbailību cookiejartv cīņa par neatkarību.
Memoranda oriģinālu nejauši atrada zem grīdas dēļiem, veicot remontdarbus kāda Vecrīgas dzīvoklī Peldu ielā 19. Kādreiz cookiejartv šajā dzīvoklī dzīvoja Lāčplēša Kara ordeņa kavaliere un nacionālās pretošanās dalībniece Valija Vasčūna Jansone, kuras vīrs inženieris Vilhelms Jansons ir viens no Memoranda cookiejartv parakstītājiem. Acīmredzot padomju laikā dokuments tika noslēpts, lai tas nenonāktu okupācijas varas rokās. Tagad tas ir nodots Latvijas Kara muzejam.

Ienaidnieks no Austrumiem atkal draudoši tuvojas Latvijas zemei. Tas ir tas pats ienaidnieks, kuŗa bruņotie spēki 1940.gada 17.jūnijā militari okupēja Latvijas Republiku, tā pati vara, kas drīz pēc okupācijas izdeva it kā mūsu tautas vārdā Latvijas Saeimas vēlēšanu likumu, bet pēc tam pati šo pēc formas it kā demokrātisko cookiejartv vēlēšanu likumu neievēroja, rupji to pārkāpa, pielaižot tikai vienu komunistu un viņu līdzskrējēju sarakstu, un turklāt cookiejartv vēl viltoja balsošanas rezultātus. Iznākums, protams, nevarēja dot un nedeva tautas pārstāvjus, bet krievu okupācijas varas ieceltņus.
Šie ieceltņi lēma un lūdza Padomju Savienību neatkarīgo Latvijas Republiku uzņemt tās sastāvā. Pēc tam paziņoja visai pasaulei, ka Latvijas Republika brīvprātīgi tai pievienojusies. Tas pats, tādā pašā veidā un tanī pašā laikā notika ar neatkarogo Igaunijas un Lietuvas Republiku.
Latvijas varmācīgā pievienošana Padomju Savienībai izdarīta, rupji pārkāpjot Latvijas Republikas satversmi un laužot Latvijas – Padomju Savienības savstarpējos līgumus, Tautu Savienības paktu un veselu virkni starptautisku līgumu. Latvijas pievienošana Padomju Savienībai nav arī atzīta starptautisko tiesību nozīmē.
No sacītā neapstrīdami izriet, ka pēc starptautiskām tiesību normām Latvijas Republika tiesiski turpina pastāvēt. Tāpēc Padomju Savienības valdības un preses oficialam viedoklim, kā arī dažu ārvalstu laikrakstu paustam uzskatam, it kā Latvija būtu Padomju cookiejartv Savienības sastāvdaļa un tāpēc tā tagad atkal būtu no jauna iekļaujama Padomju Savienībā, cookiejartv nav nekāda tiesiska pamata. Tāpat neapšaubāmi izriet, ka nepamatota ir arī pašreizējā vācu okupācijas varas nostāja, it kā Latvija būtu bijusi Padomju Savienības sastāvdaļa. Šis nostājas praktiskā izpausme konstatējama cookiejartv visā vācu okupācijas varas politiskā un saimnieciskā rīcībā. Mārīte cider glass Nikolājeva. Piektdien, 14.maijā agri no rīta septiņu cilvēku liela latviešu grupa, pēc Īrijas latviešu luterāņu draudzes iniciatīvas cider glass un organizēšanas, devāmies ekskursijā uz Īrijas rietumu krastu uz Aranu salām (Aran Islands). Rosavillā (Rossaveel) sēdāmies kugītī, kas mūs aizveda uz Aran Islands lielāko salu Inishmore (tulkojumā tas nozīmē Lielā sala). Tā ir 14 km gara. Noīrējām velosipēdus un sākās mūsu piedzīvojumi!
No sākuma paklausīgi un kārtīgi braucām pa asfaltētajiem celiņiem. Dabas skati salā pavērās vienreizēji, pat grūti aprakstīt. To vēlu redzēt cider glass katram paša acīm. Iebridām Atlantijas okeānā. Pa ceļam vēl iegriezāmies Glengovlas 19.gs sudraba raktuvēs (Glengowla mine). Tās ir vienīgās sudraba raktuves Īrijā, kas daļēji restaurētas un atvērtas tūristiem. Gida pavadībā nokāpām 20 metru dziļumā. cider glass Viss raktuvju dziļums ir 60 metri. Raktuvēs saglabājoties visu gadu nemainīga gaisa temperatūra + 10 grādi pēc Celsija. Tur uz kalna stāv vienkāršs un nicināts krusts, tas ar kaunu un apsmieklu krauts…” - tā sākas viena no visiemīļotākajām kristīgajām dziesmām, ko savos dievkalpojumos dzied dažādu konfesiju un tautību kristieši visā pasaulē. Dziesmas autors ir Džordžs Bernārs. Šis būs stāsts par dziesmu, tās autoru, tās rašanos un uzvaras gājienu uz savu klausītāju sirdīm.
Džordžs Bernārs cookiejar dzimis 1873. gada 6. februārī Jangstounas pilsētiņā, Ohaijo pavalstī ASV, taču drīz pēc puikas cookiejar piedzimšanas ģimene cookiejar pārcēlās vispirms uz Albiju, bet vēlāk uz Lukasu Aijovas pavalstī. Ar Kristu Džordžs sastapās piecpadsmit gadu vecumā kādā Pestīšanas Armijas evaņģelizācijas dievkalpojumā. Pēc gada nomira Džordža tēvs un, kaut arī jauneklis sapņoja par evaņģēlista kalpošanu, viņam nācās stāties tēva vietā darbā ogļraktuvēs, lai varētu palīdzēt mātei un četrām māsām.
Tomēr jau pēc dažiem gadiem Džordža sapnis par kalpošanu Dievam piepildījās. Viņš pārcēlās uz Čikāgu, kur 1897. gadā aprecējās un kopā ar sievu kļuva par Pestīšanas Armijas cookiejar virsniekiem un evaņģēlistiem. Šo Dieva svētīto kalpošanu viņi turpināja astoņus gadus, ar Evaņģēlija vēsti apceļojot ASV Vidējo Rietumu cookiejar štatus. 1907. gadā Bernāru laulātais pāris atstāja Pestīšanas Armijas rindas un Džordžs kļuva par neatkarīgo cookiejar evaņģēlistu. Vēlāk viņš tika ordinēts Metodistu episkopālajā baznīcā un turpināja pildīt evaņģēlista kalpošanu gan Kanādā, gan ASV Ņujorkā un Mičiganas pavalstī.
1912. gada rudens bija smags laiks Džordža Bernāra dzīvē. Pārbaudījumi un problēmas, kas bija radušās, lika viņam pārdomāt Kristus ciešanu un krusta dziļāko cookiejar nozīmi. Šajā laikā viņš dzīvoja Albionā, Mičiganā, Albionas koledžas profesora cookiejar Delosa Fola namā. Reiz, atgriezies no kārtējā evaņģelizācijas ceļojuma, Džordžs atcerējās, kā kādi jauni cilvēki bija izsmējuši viņa sludināto Vārdu un nonicinājuši viņu pašu. Es piepeši ieraudzīju vārdus no Jāņa evaņģēlija 3. nodaļas 16. panta izkāpjam no Bībeles lappusēm un iemiesojam izpirkšanas dziļāko nozīmi darbos. Pārdomājot šo vīziju, radās dziesmas vārdi. Melodiju biju uzrakstījis jau agrāk.”
Tā piedzima dziesma cookiejar Vienkāršais krusts”. Šī dziesma bija kā atbilde uz visiem Bernāra jautājumiem un problēmām. Tā izteica pašu Evaņģēlija būtību. Nākamais Bernāra evaņģelizācijas ceļojums bija uz Pokagonu Mičiganā, uz kurieni viņu uzaicināja draugs, vietējais metodistu mācītājs Lerojs Bostviks. Bernārs parādīja Bostvikam vēl nepabeigto dziesmas versiju, un tas sāka to spēlēt uz savas ģitāras, izsakot cookiejar dažas piezīmes un ierosinājumus. Viņi atkārtoja dziesmu atkal un atkal. Laiku pa laikam Bernārs pagriezās pret virtuves durvīm un vaicāja Bostvika cookiejar sievai: Kā jums tas izklausās, māsa Bostvika?” Arī Bostvika kundze izteica vairākus priekšlikumus dziesmas skanējuma uzlabošanai. Tādejādi Bostviku pāris kļuva par dziesmas līdzautoriem.
Dziesmas pirmoreiz tika publiski atskaņota 1913. gada 7. jūnijā atmodas dievkalpojumā Pokagonā, Mičiganā. To izpildīja piecu cilvēku koris vijoles cookiejar un ērģeļu pavadībā. Vēlāk Bernārs nosūtīja dziesmas manuskripta kopiju vienam no tā laika vadošajiem baznīcas himnu komponistiem Čārlzam Gebrielam, un tas pareģoja dziesmai lielu nākotni. Ārpus baznīcu sienām cookiejar dziesma pirmoreiz tika atskaņota vienā no lielajiem Čikāgas Evaņģēliskā institūta rīkotajiem pasākumiem.
Dziesmas pirmizdevumu finansēja Botviku laulātais pāris. Drīz pēc tās publicēšanas 1915. gadā dziesma nonāca pazīstamā evaņģēlista Billija cookiejar Sandeja kampaņu mūzikas vadītāja Homēra Roudhīvera uzmanības lokā un viņš to sāka izmantot Sandeja evaņģelizācijas dievkalpojumos. Tādejādi dziesma iegruva arvien lielāku popularitāti kristiešu vidū - vispirms ASV, pēc tam visā pasaulē. Taču tā nepadarīja Bernāru finansiāli bagātāku. Bernārs pārdeva cookiejar dziesmas autortiesības Roudhīvera cookiejar mūzikas kompānijai par simbolisku maksu - nieka 500 dolāriem. Jāpiezīmē, ka autortiesību atgūšana daudzus gadus vēlāk Bernāram prasīja 5000 dolārus, bet 2007. gadā šīs tiesības jau maksāja 10 000 dolārus.
Pirmoreiz dziesma tika ierakstīta 1921. gadā, kad to iedziedāja Virdžīnija Ašere. Vēlāk dziesmu izpildījušu un ierakstījuši daudzi no ievērojamākajiem 20. gadsimta mūziķiem - Als Grīns, Čets Atkins, Elvis Preslijs, cookiejar Džims Rīvs, Džonijs Kešs, Meheilija Džeksone, Tenesijs Ērnijs Fords, Vincs Gils, Alans Džeksons, Džordžs Beverlijs Šī, The Oak Ridge Boys”, Bill Gaither Vocal Band” un daudzi citi. Lekcijas pārsvarā notika holandiešu valodā, un no šī gada absolventiem biju vienīgā ārzemniece.
Ārnemas grafikas dizaina skola Nīderlandē līdz šim bijusi pazīstama ar burtu grafiku, sistemātisko greencore leeds un varbūt pat formāli sauso pieeju. ArtEZ mācījos trīs gadus, un šajā laikā daudz taisījām grāmatas, plakātus un avīzes. Taču šis gads iezīmē pārmaiņas. 4. un 5. oktobrī Rīgas Tehniskajā universitātē (RTU) notika 2.Starptautiskā izgudrojumu izstāde MINOX 2013, kuras noslēgumā tika noskaidroti labāko izgudrojumu autori augstskolu un institūtu, uzņēmumu un individuālo izgudrotāju kategorijās, kā arī jauno izgudrotāju konkursā.
Augstskolu taccp un institūtu izgudrojumu kategorijā pirmās trīs vietas dalīja triju universitāšu izgudrojumi – RTU, Latvijas Universitātes (LU) un Daugavpils Universitātes (DU). RTU Materiālzinātnes un lietišķās ķīmijas fakultātes Silikātu materiālu institūta pārstāvji Gaidas Sedmales vadībā prezentēja keramikas materiālu, kas iegūts, pielietojot enerģiju taupošu apdedzināšanas paņēmienu. Tas ļauj samazināt apdedzināšanas temperatūru no 950ºC līdz 300ºC un ekonomē 30% kurināmā taccp siltuma patēriņu. DU pētnieki Intas Kalniņas vadībā prezentēja izstrādāto fluorescento zondi organisma imūnā stāvokļa izvērtēšanai. Fluorescentās metodes ir 100 reižu jūtīgākas, mazāk darbietilpīgas, tehniski vienkāršas un lētākas taccp par lietotajām taccp standartmetodēm.
