@Origet freezer rooms and @Blanche Rumble The list is compiled by Toptable, not BigHospitality, so I can't say this with absolute authority, but it appears that the reason The Waterside Inn and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons are not on Toptable's list is because neither can be booked or rated through its website, which as the story says is the criteria to be included: "The restaurant reservations website has listed its 50 most popular French restaurants BASED ON THE RATINGS OF DINERS WHO HAD BOOKED AND DINED THROUGH TOPTABLE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS." I'm sure if that was not the case they would certainly be on there.
