Ingredients: 600g pumpkin, cut into small cubes 2 tuffiħat, peeled and cut into small cubes 1 red bżaru (capiscum), cleaned and chopped 1 small green bżaru (capiscum), cleaned and cut small pieces 150g sugar 80ml cider vinegar (cider Vinegar) 2 onions, sliced thin piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced 100g raisins 1bastun cinnamon Salt and fresh ground pepper
Method: Place sugar and cider vinegar f'kazzola great, place them on medium heat until boiling. Low fire and stir until the sugar dissolves, then add the onions and cinnamon modular room stick.
